PAXscalator

8 PAX in perfect temps this am.  Each PAX had an exercise and mode of travel ready to build our PAXscalator.

Warm Up:  Run to deck, run up steps, across deck, up steps, etc. to 6.  Long run, heavy breathing.  On top deck, 25 SSH, 10 WMH, 25 IW, 25 MC, 16 Stagger Merkins, all IC.

Back to G to build the PAXscalator.

Level G (Space Jam):  15 Slow Merkins IC, Sprint to top of ramp, Low Squat Hold.

Level 1 (Double Humpee):  20 Star Jumps, 10 HR Merkins (in lieu of Slow Merkins), Skip to top of ramp, Flutter Kicks until 6 arrives.

Level 2 (Cake):  30 Monkee Humpers, 10 Star Jumps, 10 HR Merkins, Partner Push to top of ramp (Pinky nearly killed me), LBCs until 6 arrives.

Fast ramp to Level 4 (Pinky):  30 Gorilla Humpers, 15 Monkee Humpers, 10 Star Jumps, 10 HR Merkins, Side Plank Walk w/ Merkin to first pylon (many of us timed out on this one…not pretty), Big Boy Situps until 6 arrives.

Level 5 (YHC):  5 Bottom Out Burpees, 15 Gorilla Humpers, 15 Monkee Humpers, 10 Star Jumps, 10 HR Merkins, Bear Crawl to first pylon, run to Stair Tower on Top Deck, Flutter Kicks until 6 arrives.
