We started with 60 seconds of burpees, then we took a mosey to the garage and ran all the ramps to top floor 6 with skipping, bear crawling, side stepping, web touching, backwards and forward running along the way.

The Thang :
1st exercise : 10 Minute of EMOM
Run from one side of the deck to the other perform 12 Merkins (some Pax increased merkin count). Repeat every minute for 10 minutes.
2nd exercise : 10 minutes of I GO U GO
Partner up, each partner performs exercise while the other rests, then switches when each partner finishes.
Perform 4 Burpees and 20 single count Freddie Mercury.
3rd exercise : 5 minute AMRAP
Shuttle run 1/2 way across the deck and back to start and perform 50 single count Mountain Climbers.
