I put a call out the night before to try to scare people from coming out by saying we would just do a bunch of exercises in the leftover snow. It must have worked because only 4 manly men showed up to show their toughness.
Warm-Up: Carefully go to the tennis courts and took a lap around the tennis courts as our lap around the field. Circled up and performed various warm-up exercises.
Mosey to the bridge to the other fields where we started with 11’s. Started at 1 with plank jacks and crossed the bridge to do 10 merkins. Ended at 10 plank jacks and 1 merkin even though Cat Scratch told me we needed to end on 11.
We then jogged on the greenway and every 1 minute, we would stop and do some exercises chosen by the Q.
We ended back at the tennis courts and finished with a 2 minute plank.
