Warm-Up: We started on a yog towards the playground at Fishburn Elementary. Since Pipeline wasn’t with us this morning, we didn’t have to worry about breaking any laws. We performed 10 pull-ups and continued our yog around the parking lot in front of James Madison and continued by passing Gator and ended up at the bottom of the hill at Colonial. Facing up the street we performed butt kickers and a yog back down, followed by karaoke, high knees, and a backwards run. We then crossed Colonial where we circled up at the star on campus. When circled up we performed WMH, SSH, good mornings, RAC/BAC’s, and jack webbs.
The Thang: Deconstructed Burpees
Starting at the bottom of the steps where we finished warming up, we started with 10 squats, 10 merkins, 10 donkey kicks, and 10 jump squats. We then ran all the way up the stairs and back down where we then performed 9 reps of all those exercises. Rinse and repeat until we got down to 1. When we finished, we met at the top of the stairs and performed 15 IC dips and 10 IC irkins. We then headed back to the parking lot because I thought we were close to time only to realized I was cutting us 5 minutes short. We started mary and when I realized we had 5 extra minutes we went back to the playground to perform 10 more pull-ups and then finished with some Mary.
It was great to see Mainframe again. It was really great getting back to it after a couple of weeks off.
