Snowy Day

PAX: Dairy Queen, Klickbait, Cat Scratch, Pipeline, and Legz

Q: Legz

5 men got out of bed to enjoy the first snow of the season. Cat Scratch was supposed to bring coffee, but apparently there was a miscommunication, so no coffee.

Warm-Up: Since no coffee, we mosey to the tall rock walls and performed 10 step ups each leg (heard some moaning from Pipeline. Apparently, he was still tired), 10 irkins, and 10 dips. We then circled up to perform my go to exercises; SSH, WMH, Abe Vigodas, Good Mornings, Rubios, forward arm circles, reverse arm circles, and overhead claps. We then performed an extra set up warm-up exercises just for Pipeline. Lunge walk, everest, butt kickers, high knees, and karaoke. Cat Scratch informed me that a number of these exercises were for sissies per the Saturday crew.

The Thang: We mosey to the garage to do some stairs. The PAX were on G and a member of the PAX would role a die and the number of the die would determine which floor they would run to. While the one runs to the floor determined by the die, the rest of the PAX would perform an exercise until the member of the PAX returned to G.

Round 1: 6th floor, burpees

Round 2: 5th floor, squats

Round 3: 4th floor, merkins

Round 4: 6th floor, shoulder taps

Round 5: 2nd floor, plank jacks

Round 6: 4th floor, imperial walkers

Round 7: 4th floor, Catalina wine mixers

We then mosey back to the parking lot for name-o-rama and COT.

Great job fellas! Way to start the week.
