PAX: Pipeline, Legz, and Double Humpee

Warm-Up: Mosey around the tennis courts and performed various exercises in the tennis courts. SSH, WMH, Forward/Backward Arm Circles, Rubios, Imperial Walkers, and Merkins
Mosey to the soccer field where I had set up a baseball diamond on the soccer field. Inspired by Pipleline’s Tuesday workout and to celebrate the winner of the World Series, I planned for a baseball workout. I was hoping to have at least 4 pax this morning, but 3 will do.
The Thang: I had set up cones for home plate, 1st base, 2nd base, and 3rd base. The person at home would be the timer and would perform an exercise followed by a mode of travel to first base. While the person at home was performing exercises and traveling to first, other pax were performing other exercises that were assigned to 1st and 2nd base. Couldn’t do anything at 3rd base since we only had three pax. Once the person at home completed their exercise and traveled to first, the pax at first and second would then travel to the next base. The person at 2nd, would go to home once they completed their travel to third base and they would then become the timer. We changed exercises and mode of travel once everyone was the timer.

Round 2: Home: 30 Merkins 2nd: Overhead claps 3rd: Monkey Humpers Travel: Crab Walk
Round 3: Home: 20 Catalina Wine Mixers 1st: Jack Webb 2nd: Imperial Walker Squats Travel: Walking Lunges
Round 4: Home: 25 pickle pounders 1st: Squats 2nd: High Knees Travel: Crawl Bear
We then mosey to the tennis courts and finished with some sprints in honor of Cat Scratch and performed a few minutes of mary.
