Run to bridge, Crab Walk over bridge.
Run to rebounder wall back at Edinburgh. Wall Sit Merkin Escalator with Jack Webbs. From a wall sit, walk hands out to front resting position, merkins, walk hands back to wall sit position for Jack Webbs, repeat 1 to 10 merkins.
