Seven PAX hit #Overlander on a warm spring morning to start their Fridays off right.

Q: Pipeline
Warmup: Yog up the steep hill to the middle parking lot and back. IW, WMH, Rubios, windmills, squats, hamstring stretches.
The Thang: To maximize fellowship, the PAX stayed together and rotated through a series of stations, separated by a Yog around the driveway. One PAX did a set number of reps of an exercise while the rest of the group did another, and each man rotated in.
Round 1: 5 pull-ups, group did SSH. Yog.
Round 2: 15 derkins, group did monkey humpers. Yog.
Round 3: 20 dips, group did LBCs. Yog.
Round 4: 15 step-ups per leg, group planked. And planked. And planked. And planked. Yog to Gator.
Bonus round: Cinderblock fire brigade! The PAX lined up and passed cinderblocks down the line, stacking 15 and then rotating the line. We did three stacks of 15 and one lightning round of 7.
