Today was based off of partners, but with three of us I changed things up
3 Stations (1 was always the Sledgehammer on the big Tire) with one person acting as the Timer
Round 1 – Sledgey Tire, Squats with Sandbags, SSHs – Then we took a lap
Round 2 – Sledgey Tire, Steps Bag lunges with Sandbags, Thrusters – Then we bear crawled across the field
Round 3- Sledgey Tire, Farmer Carry of sandbags to ball field and back, and LBCs – We then did some wall Sitting
We finished things off with some Herschel requested pull-ups, some merkins and mountain climbers.
