Warmup:
Run two laps (or one if you’re Saul – late arrival. No worries, we’ll make it up later)

- 25 Arm Circles IC

- 21 Imperial Walker IC
The Thang: Ten Stations of Train inspired pain. Perform the exercise until time is called
- WWIIs with a section of railroad on your chest
- Anvil overhead presses (~40 lbs)
- 100 yard rail tie plate carry (67 lbs) followed by a 100 yard Railroad timber carry (unknown weight, but well over 100 lbs)
- Imperial Walkers
- Merkins
- Air Squats
- Stationary Lunges
- 100 yard Railroad timber carry followed by the 100 yard Railroad Tie Plate carry
- Farmer’s carry (two 80 lbs weights with handles too small to comfortably hold)
- Run a lap
Rinse and repeat

Wondering what the hardest part of the exercise was? Getting the railroad tie on your shoulder.
