It was a small but powerful group of 4 PAX who had the time of their life from 0630-0730.

Warmup:
Run two laps (or one if you’re Saul – late arrival.  No worries, we’ll make it up later)

  • 25 SSH IC
  • 10 Merkins IC
  • 25 Arm Circles IC
  • 11 Wind Mills IC
  • 21 Imperial Walker IC

The Thang:  Ten Stations of Train inspired pain.  Perform the exercise until time is called

  1. WWIIs with a section of railroad on your chest
  2. Anvil overhead presses (~40 lbs)
  3. 100 yard rail tie plate carry (67 lbs) followed by a 100 yard Railroad timber carry (unknown weight, but well over 100 lbs)
  4. Imperial Walkers
  5. Merkins
  6. Air Squats
  7. Stationary Lunges
  8. 100 yard Railroad timber carry followed by the 100 yard Railroad Tie Plate carry
  9. Farmer’s carry (two 80 lbs weights with handles too small to comfortably hold)
  10. Run a lap

Rinse and repeat

Wondering what the hardest part of the exercise was?  Getting the railroad tie on your shoulder.
