Creative Workout

Audible to the garage since it was raining today.

PAX: Blue Magic, Rapinoe, Dunphy, Freddie Mac, Bundy, Cat Scratch. We were sans Pipeline since he had to shower his son and himself, feed himself and his son, and didn’t get to bed until 2:30 am. He was missed this AM.

Q: Legz

There were many late arrivals today. Including a white SUV that was driving like an F1 Formula driver, who we thought was a late PAX. However, as the driver came barreling through us with a red Rudolph nose on the front of their car, we realized this was not a PAX and they must have been late to work or had a code brown.

Warm-Up: Couple of laps around the ramps to level 2 while doing some nice warm-up exercises. We then went back down to the ground floor where we completed our warm-up exercises.

The Thang:

Performed 5 exercises at the bottom of the ramp on G.

50 SSH’s

40 Monkey Humpers

30 Jump Squats

20 Merkins

10 burpees.

Bear crawl half way up the ramp and yogged to the bottom of the ramp on level 1.

Repeated the last series of exercises except replaced jump squats with LBC’s. We also bear crawled 2 spaces and lunge walked 2 spaces until we got to the middle.

Repeated this for one more level and then went back down to plank it out until Recover Recover time.

Freddie Mac was impressed with the creativity of this workout, so I wanted to ensure it was documented for him.
