Yog to the stair tower in the parking deck.
1s run up to 6 and back, 2s alternate between 10 merkins and 20 SSH. Switch and repeat.
1s run up to 6 and back, 2s alternate between 10 HR merkins and 10 Lunges. Switch and repeat.
1s run up to 6 and back, 2s alternate between 10 mountin merkins and 15 Jack Webbs. Switch and repeat.
Yog back across Reserve Ave to the tennis courts for a round of BLIMPS.
R1: bear crawl to end of 1st court, 5 burpees, run backwards back.
R2: crab walk to end of 1st court, 5 burpees, crab walk to end of 2nd court 10 lunges, run backwards back.
R3: lunge walk to end of 1st court, 5 burpees, lunge walk to end of 2nd court 10 lunges, lunge walk to end of 3rd court 15 imperial walkers, run backwards back.
R4: travel is run, repeat 5 burpees, 10 lunges, 15 imperial walkers, add 20 merkins, but top 5 have to run suicisde between reps.
R5: same as R4, but add 25 plank jacks and 30 squats.
