We did a quick lap around the small U Turn back to the Gators lot
Jack Webs, SSHs, Abe Vagotas, Merkins, Arm Circles, Hillbilly’s
The Thang
We ran towards the Science Center and did some concrete block exercises (Step Ups, Box Squats, Earkins, Derkins)
Then we ran up towards the tennis courts which have been repaved and up the hill to the top parking lot
There we did 25s (25 Burpees, 25 Shoulder Taps, 25 High Knee Jumps, and 25 Imperial Walkers)
Run down the hill towards the porta potty
Another round of 25s
Run to the end of the parking lot and back
Running out of time I changed the totals to 20s and then we did a race at the end of the parking lot giving us slower runners a head start.
Mosey back to parking lot for a quick session of Mary.
