I should have been a little skeptical of Frack volunteering to Q today’s workout on Wednesday with a big grin on his face. Well played sir!
Warm-Up: Mosey around the parking lot of Gator. Circled up for some warm-up exercises where we compared the differences between Abe Vigoda’s and Windmills per Seabiscuit’s request.
The Thang: Bunch of Random Things
10 Minute EMOM: On the odd minutes, complete 10 burpees within a minute. On the even minutes, complete 10 squats and plank the rest of the remaining minute. Repeat until we reached 10 minutes.
Mosey to the benches in front of Madison and did a leg circuit and upper body circuit. Leg circuit was 10 step-ups each leg, 10 split squats each leg, and 15 box squats for 3 rounds. Upper body circuit was 10 derkins, 10 irkins, and 15 dips for 3 rounds.
Rick James closed the workout with some Broga.
