Warm-up:
Mosey outside to yog through VTC parking lot and return to level 1 of the
garage. Circle up for SSH, WMH, Ballerinas, Arm Circles with a poor transition
from small to large, and Mountain Climbers. Venture up to level 3 aka the
cemetery with sandbags in tow.
The Thang:
PAX quickly notice there is a casket sticking out of Freddie Mac’s truck bed,
which is retrieved and carried to one end of the garage. Two sandbags are
placed next to the casket and the other two are put halfway across the
garage. PAX pairs up. Two pairs stand by the casket and the other three go
down to the other sandbags. First pair starts traveling across the garage to
the casket in a prescribed mode, each person performs two grave diggers
with sandbags when they reach the casket, then place a sandbag in the
casket and carry back across the garage. Next pair up starts from the
opposite end of the garage and does travel/grave diggers/carry, with the
travel mode changing each time. PAX who are not traveling/carrying are
performing various stationary exercises. When all the sandbags were loaded
the PAX began the process in reverse (carry/remove sandbag/grave
diggers/travel back) until all sandbags were unloaded.

Notes:
No one can say for sure, but I have a sneaking suspicion that the group of
ladies running laps for the entirety of our workout noticed the casket we
were carrying around. I think Freddie Mac and I did manage to avoid
detection by any of my neighbors though. If not then everyone in South
Roanoke thinks I have a dead body in my house by now.
