I needed to make sure I showed up today so I went ahead and made myself Q. I’ve lately been lacking in creativity so I just went with a simple burner for the workout.

Warm O Rama

Run the fields

Meet in the middle and Karaoke down to the touchline, and karaoke back

Butt Kickers from the middle of the field to the touchline and lunge walk back

Circle up in the middle for some SSHs, Arm Circles both Frontsies and Backsies, Willie Mays Hayeses, Imperial Walkers, and Jack Webs

The Thang (I’ve done this before and found it effective and painful. It is also, super easy to plan, which is why I went with it)

We moseyed to the Tennis Courts where we did several rounds of:

25 burpees, 25 Star Jumps, 25 Squat Jumps, and 25 (double count) Shoulder taps

Then we fence sat for a 10 count

25 burpees, 25 Star Jumps, 25 Squat Jumps, and 25 (double count) Shoulder taps

Fence sat while each of us ran to the end of the tennis courts

25 burpees, 25 Star Jumps, 25 Squat Jumps, and 25 (double count) Shoulder taps

We did a lap around the field

I mixed things up for the last round

25 burpees, 25 Star Jumps, 25 Squat Jumps, and 26 (double count) Shoulder taps

We then yogged around the tennis courts, walked around the tennis courts, and then ran around the tennis courts
