Warm Up: Yog to front of civic center for WMH and Windmills. Yog back to cars for IW, SSH, Arm Circles, RACs, Squats.
In two groups, AMRAP Merkins for 2 minutes, then AMRAP Big Boys for 2 minutes. End of official PT test, but keep going for…2 minutes AMRAP on Burpees, Squats with Coupon, Sandbag Hold above head with locked out arms, Flutters with Coupon above chest. Resting group adds sprints, LBCs, American Hammers.
Mary: Swimmer, High Plank, Low Plank.
