Warm-up: Lap around the tennis courts where we circled up and performed SSH, WMH, Good Mornings, Imperial Walkers, Rubios, FAC/RAC, Merkins, and Slow squats. We then mosey over the soccer field next to Varsity Park.
The Thang: Random Field Work
We started at the base line of the soccer field and ran out 25, 50, 75, and 100 yards (approximately) and performed some exercises at each stop and backwards run back to the baseline.
Round 1: Run out approx. 25 yards and performed 25 mountain merkins and backwards run back to the baseline.
Round 2: Run out approx. 50 yards and performed 50 mountain climbers, backwards run back to base.
Round 3: Run out 75 yards, performed 100 squats, back to base.
Round 4: Run length of field, performed 200 SSH back to base.
Round 5: Run out 75 yards, 100 overhead claps
Round 6: Run out 50 yards, 50 monkey humpers
Round 7: Run out 25 yards, 25 pickle pounders
We then ran around the field, sometimes diagonally and there was a debate going on whether going diagonally was the shortest or longest way. Each time we got to a corner, we performed various exercises. We also found ourselves at the bleachers at some point and performed irkins and dips. Bear crawled across the width of the field.
We somehow had 5 minutes remaining so we mosey to the tennis courts where I offered dealer’s choice Mary.
