Warm Up lap around the lot, then SSH, WMH, IW, AC, RAC, Rubios, MC, Parker Peters, Peter Parkers
Run to VTC Stairs for Jacbo’s Ladder 1 to 5: Double Merkin Burpees and Jump Squats at top of stairs.
Across the street, wheel barrow up stairs and run the ramp to circle back, both partners. Then run the ramp and bear crawl down the stairs.
Run to parking deck ramp for 2nd Jacob’s Ladder 6 to 10: ATMs and Rocky Balboas at top of ramp.
Run back to Reserve lot for 3rd Jacob’s Ladder 11 to 15: Squats and American Hammers.
Recover, recover.
