Run down Reserve then left down Jefferson stopping for 5 Merkins/5 Squats, 10 Merkins/10 Squats, 10 One Leg Squats Each Leg, 10 Derkins. A set of VTC stairs, then circle back around to tennis courts back at Reserve.

R1: Bear Crawl to end of 1st court, 5 One Leg Burpees.
R2: Repeat R1, then Lunge Walk to end of 2nd court, 20 Imperial Walkers.
R3: Repeat R2, then Cherry Pickers to end of 3rd court, 30 HR Merkins.
R4: Repeat R3, then Lunge Walk to end of 2nd court, 40 Plank Jacks.
R5: Repeat R4, then Bear Crawl to end of 1st court, 50 Squats.
Drop back on the Six.
