A jog around the field

I had planned a workout but decided to check out the conditions of the field and it turns out it was not wet and in good condition so I changed plans and decided to hangout at the field.

We warmed up with some easy exercises followed by a jog around the field.We stopped at the bleachers and performed some dips and step ups. We then jogged to a corner of the field next to the giant Varsity storage sign.

Thang:

Perform an exercise at each corner and jog to the next corner. Exercises varied from squats, LBCs, Merkins, Plank Jacks, Parker Peters, Big Boys, flutter kicks, donkey kicks, high knees, Freddie Mercury’s, Penguin crunches, and some other stuff.

We also stopped by the bleachers againg and did some more dips, some Derkins, and some Erkins.

We ran across the width of the field and performed an exercise ran back performed more of the same exercise and then repeated with different exercises for a while. Exercises included squats, merkins, and big boys.

We finished up with some Mary.

It was a great start to the day.
