Warmup: 1 lap around the light pole perimeter followed by 15-count IC core exercises of In & Outs, Freddy Mercuries, LBCs, Big Boys, Sharon Stones, Box Cutters.
Thang: Rounds of exercise and pole runs mountain style:
Round 1- 25 Mountain Merkins + 1 pole run
Round 2- 20 Squats w/ Overhead claps + 2 pole runs
Round 3- 15 HR Merkins + 3 pole runs
Round 4- 10 Double Leg Mountain Climbers + 4 pole runs
Round 5- 5 Double Merkin Burpees + 5 pole runs
Round 6- 10 Double Leg Mountain Climbers + 4 pole runs
Round 7- 15 HR Merkins + 3 pole runs
Round 8- 20 Squats w/ Overhead claps + 2 pole runs
Round 9- 25 Mountain Merkins + 1 pole run
Round 10- Finish by going through all exercises again but reps of 5 and 1 pole run after each.
