5 pax braved the 68 degree temperatures to set out into the wilderness of the Stadium Lot in Salem to the unknown. No one knew if we would return or not. Cheers to these courageous souls!

Warmup: Yog to bottom of Marquee sign for IC exercises and 4 strolls up the hill and back. 30 SSH, run, 10 WMH, run, 30 Overhead Claps, run, 30 Marco Rubios, Yog to back lot.

Thang: Ladder work with 2 exercises followed by an extended distance run. Start with going up the ladder from 1 to 10 for round 1, then down from 10 to 1 for round 2, up from 1 to 10 for round 3, and down from 10 to 1 for round 4. 10 parking lot lines were used and a different mode of travel for each round.

Round 1: Travel- Broad Jump; Exercises- Merkins + Big Boys; Total- 55 Merkins, 55 Big Boys, 10 Broad Jumps, 1 run

Round 2: Travel- Lunge walk; Exercises- Squat + DC Imperial Walkers; Total- 55 Squats, 55 DC Imperial Walkers, 10 Lunge Walks each leg, 1 run

Round 3: Travel- Inchworm; Exercises- HR Merkins + Heels to Heaven; Total- 55 HR Merkins, 55 Heels to Heaven, 20 Inchworms, 1 run

Round 4: Travel- Recovery walk; Exercises- In&Outs + AT Touches no Merkin; Totals- 55 In&Outs, 55 AT Touches, walk, 1 run
