Started with a couple of stair climbs 5 second waterfall wall sits. jogged to the tennis courts with regular stops for merkins and durkins. Mosey’d over to the tennis courts. Broke into the tennis courts and began futbol trivia. Every correct answer we travel half the distance every wrong answer you travel the whole distance of the 3 courts. PArtner up. One traveled while the other did a stationary exercise- then switch. Question number one – who’s at the top of the English premier league table (Liverpool). Question number two who are the top three scorers for Liverpool (Mane, Firmino, & Salah) Question number 3 how many years in a row did UVA win the national championship (4). Question number four who is their coach during that time (Bruce Arena). Question number 5 who did Liverpool play this past weekend (Tottenham). Question number 6 who how many players were drafted from UVA this past week (3). Question number 7 what were the names of the players that were drafted from UVA this past week (Dike, Kessler, Afaunafuma). Question number 8 what American soccer player scored a hat-trick in the English premier league this year (Pulisic). Travel Exercises included bear crawl, crawl bear, crabwalk, lunges, long jump, and suicides (twice). Stationary exercises included merkins, big boys, squats, lbc’s, Freddie Mercury’s, & hand release Americans.
