The Dang Hill

Five PAX embraced the wind chill for a workout on The Dang Hill (copyright 2019 Double Humpee)

Warmup: Found a random spot under a breezeway at Virginia Western and attempted to get warm without success. The yogged over to the hill leading to “Parking Lot 15” (where Frack’s crappy plastic sandbags live).

The Thang: Elevens Ladder. One big boy at the bottom of the hill. Run to top. 10 burpees at top. Run to bottom. Two big boys at bottom. Run to top. Nine burpees at the top. Repeat until you’re out of burpees.

Next, a lightning round to seven, consisting of merkins and squats. Eighteen times up the hill total.
