Jog Down and Back – 100 Big Boys
Bear Crawl 3rd Column – 75 Carolina Drydocks
Crab Walk 3rd Column – 75 Diamnond Dallas Drydocks
Crawl Bear 3rd Column – 75 Wide Merkins
10 reps of each previous stationary exercise
