It was another starry, stary night at #Sparta as seven of our highest-impact men gathered to better themselves and by extension, the world.

Warmup: Imperial Walk from the parking lot to midfield, then a round of Abe Vigodas and a round of Freddy Mercuries. Off to the end zone.

The Thang: Core ladders! A bear crawl to a designated yard line, followed by a core exercise and a yog back to the end zone.

Round 1: Bear crawl to the 10, 10 heels to heaven, yog back.

Round 2: Repeat round 1, followed by a bear crawl to the 20, 20 box cutters, yog to the end zone.

Round 3: Repeat rounds 1 and 2, then bear crawl to the 30, 30 big boys, back to the end zone.

Round 4: Repeat rounds 1-3, bear crawl to the 40, 40 flutter kicks (count each leg), yog back.

Round 5: Repeat rounds 1-4 but count every other leg on the flutter kicks, plus bear crawl to the 50, do 50 LBCs, yog back.

Round 6: Crab walk to the 50, 50 LBCs, yog back.

Round 7: Crab walk to the 30, 30 big boys, yog back.

Round 8: Crab walk to the 10, 10 heels to heaven, yog back.

Recover. Recover.
