PAX:  Johnny 5, Frizzle, Cat Scratch, Pinky, Pipeline, Klump, HC3, Herschel, Kwon Do, Bundy, Dairy Queen

Warmup:  I promised hardly any running so we just ran to the top of the parking garage. Once there, we performed forward/reverse arm circles, wmh, windmills, and rubios. 

The Thang:

Perform each exercise for 2 minutes for the following exercises with 30 seconds in between each exercise: Jump squats, planks, high knees, flutter kicks, burpees, jack knives, merkins, and mountain climbers.  Rinse and repeat for another round. 

I knew this would be a hard workout so I picked some music that everyone would enjoy, but then I remembered that picking music that everyone likes is impossible, so I just went with music I liked.

Great job today fellas!  It was a pleasure!
