Q: Cat Scratch

PAX: Pipeline, Legz, Dairy Queen, Kwon Do, Rick James, Chaps, Cat Scratch

Warmup:  Run around the access road loop, stop at the benches to do some dips, step ups, derkins, overhead claps, some more dips then run over to the parking lot to do a few more exercises.

  • Side Straddle Hops X15
  • Good Mornings x10
  • Abe Vagoda’s X10
  • LBC’s X10
  • Mountain Climbers X10
  • Forearm Plank, for a bit

Thang: We performed a variety of exercises, based on whatever I felt like doing.

  • Run around loop while the rest perform merkins, swap out.
  • Line up on the newly paved parking lot (and access road, speed bumps, gravel shoulders, you should see the place, very nice) and proceed to conduct a variety of exercises consisting of running down and back, or lunging down, or skipping down, or bear crawling down, then performing fun stuff like dips, merkins, squats, a slew of core exercises, and some other stuff.
  • We took a break and went over to the pull up bar and did two rounds of five while the rest of the PAX did squats. We then did tire flips with two PAX while the rest did a core exercise. Rick James had a bad case of gas and caused me to move. He also had this early on and caused others to ruminate.
  • Back to the parking lot. More stuff.
  • We eventually finished with some more core exercises and a final run down and back.

A good time was had by all!
