Pax: Bounty, Herschel, Pinky, Pipeline, Legz, Kwon Do, Klump, Johnny 5, Flaky Bear, & Dairy Queen (FNG)

Warm-Up: Running up Reserve Ave., around the back side, and back into the parking deck., We stopped around half way and did some merkins just to get the blood flowing. Inside the deck, the pax circled-up and performed the following: side-straddle hops, Jack Webs, Marco Rubios, forward and reverse arm circles, and Willie Mays Hayes. After the warm-up, the pax jogged to the football/soccer fields on the other side of the Roanoke River.
The Thing: The pax stretched out across the faded goal line on the field and proceeded with our first workout: 100 yard crab walk with merkins every 10 yards. Since there were no 10 yard lines marked, “Merkins” were called out by the Q (5 to start and adding 5 to each stop up to 40). The pax then ran back to the starting line while doing squats at every light post (15 to start and then adding 15 to each post for a total of 60 squats at the end). The last exercise was a half field bear crawl with burpees at the light post, flags, and stadium seats adjacent to the field (2 burpees to start and adding 2 at each stop with 8 total at the end). The Pax Indian ran back to the deck.
