A PAX of 10 started the day off right. Great weather for a solid workout.
Warmup: 10 yes 10 SSH in cadence. Grab the sandbags and mosey to the soccer fields.
The Thang: complete the exercises at each of 10 stations then take a lap of the field. PAX reset and repeat until 6:10.
