Run up the deck with high knees, butt kickers, Everest, backward run, cherry pickers, karoke, and more sprinkled in. Back to G.

Pair up at middle of G. Perform exercise, then partners head to opposite stair towers, go up two floors, meet back in the middle for 10 Patty Cake Merkins. First two groups done have sandbags for next round.
Round 1: 10 Burpees (G to 2)
Round 2: 40 Squats (2 to 4)
Round 3: 40 Step Back Lunges (4 to 6)
Round 4: 40 HR Merkins (6 to G)
Round 5: 20 OHCs, 20 Rubios (G to 2)
Round 6: 20 Derkins (2 to 4)
Round 7: 10 Burpees (4 to 6)
