One loop for stragglers then mosey’d over to the Fishburn
20 Arm circles
20 squats
10 WMHs
10 cadence merkins
20 jack webbs
Mosey over to the pull up bars.
We perform 10 sets of decreasing rep pull ups and squats. Starting with 10. After all 10 reps we had completed 55 pull-ups. I think I did 15 on my own. WEAK! FOR ALL YOU FRIDAY Qs- PULL-UPS SHOULD BE MANDATORY B/C WE ALL SUCKED AT THEM
We travel back to the overhangs, out of the mist, where we did a series of travel workouts with squats merkins, and arm circles mixed in at the start, middle and end of each rep. The travel areas were split into a long section, a ramp section, and short sections. Each rep started with 15 squats, 1/2way we did 10 merkins, and at the end we did 5/5 F/R arm circles.
Rep1: Bear crawl long section
Rep2: Lunge walk long section and ramp
Rep3: Travel burpee short section
Rep4: Crab walk short section and ramp
Rep5: Inch worm short section
Rep6: Suicides with 5 burpees at each turnaround. Short and back, short and ramp and back, short and ramp and long and back. 35 squats total.
