7 PAX escaped the fart sack for a bricker escalator this beautiful morning. I’m not sure if it was a burner, but coming off a week long sickness absence, it sure felt like it to me. No sign of Puffs or Pipeline…must have been aspirational commits.
Grab two bricks from the Dodge and run down Reserve, left on Jefferson, left on Riverside, climb the steps at 2 Riverside in honor of Pinky and Matlock’s on their mountaineering adventure, then under building and into deck.
Warm Up (all w/ bricks): Jack Webbs x15 IC, WMH x10 IC, Abe Vigoda x15 IC, Merkins x10 OYO, Squats x20 IC, Curls x20 IC, Tricep Ext x20 IC
Escalator (all w/ bricks):
Round 1: 20 Brick Burpees, run ramps from G to 1
Round 2: 30 Merkins, 5 Brick Burpees, run ramps from 1 to 2
Round 3: 40 Squats, 10 Merkins, 5 Brick Burpees, run ramps from 2 to 3
Round 4: 50 American Hammers double count, 15 Squats, 10 Merkins, 5 Brick Burpees, run ramps from 3 to 4
Round 5: 60 Flutter Kicks double count, 20 American Hammers, 15 Squats, 10 Merkins, 5 Brick Burpees, run ramps from 4 to 5
Round 6: 25 R Kelly’s (arm raises to the side, called by Chunked, named by Herschel…I believe I can fly), 30 Flutter Kicks, 20 American Hammers, 15 Squats, 10 Merkins, 5 Brick Burpees, run to opposite stairs, down to G and back to start
