…than a bajillion burpees

Twitch shows up right at 5:28….then waits in his car for 3 minutes…we think he is deciding whether he really wants to be here (perha[ps he is checking the Q sheet)
At 5:31 he trots over and we take off for the deck.
We run up to the fifth floor on the ramps….along the way we did our warm up…toy soldiers, bear crawls, crab walks, skipping, karaoke, etc. On the fifth floor we finish off the warm up with “Roxanne” (burpees everytime you here Roxanne)
Then the thang…..
Partner up.
One partner runs (down the stairs across the deck, up the other stairs and back to the AO). One partner does a variant of burpees.
Round 1. Run to the 4th floor. Other partner does inverted burpees. Switch
Round 2. Run to the 3rd floor. Other partner does 6 point burpees. Switch
Round 3. Run to 2nd floor. Other partner does double merkin burpees. Switch.
Round 4. Run to 1st floor. Other partner does candlestick burpees. Switch.
Round 5. Run to groun floor. Other partner does hand release burpees. Switch.
To cap up a monday of burpees…we did a second round of “Roxanne”…Dunphy got to pick the type of burpees. He selected Hand release burpees. What a jerk!
