The Star City BFH

The Thang: With the temperature and wind, YHC decided the main thing was to keep warm. And to keep warm, we had to keep moving. So we began to yog at fellowship pace over the greenway bridge and upstream on the greenway. Stopping every 5 minutes, we rotated between an upper body, core and lower body exercise, focusing on proper form and quality over quantity. We turned around just past Bridge St. on the railroad tracks and headed back to the parking lot. To wrap up the workout, we christened the #Star City #BFH (12th Street from the bottom of the hill to the stop sign at Wasena Ave.) which will delight PAX for years to come.

Recover. Recover.
