A goal line to goal line workout at Sparta Field
Warm up : Mosey twice around the field with some karaoke and increasing pace tempo then circling at center field for for IC exercises. 10 Windmill, 20 Forward arm circle, 20 Reverse arm circle, 20 Jack Webb, 10 Willie Mays Hayes, and 25 SSH.
The Thang :
Exercise 1: Line up on goal line and bear crawl to the 20, then run to the 50 perform 10 Merkins and run to far goal line. Repeat coming back. 5 Rounds of this = 100 Merkins and 1000 yards.

Exercise 2 : Line up on goal line and hop to the 20 , then run to the 50 perform 20 Freddy Mercury and run to far goal line. Repeat coming back. 4 Rounds of this = 160 FM and 800 yards.

Exercise 3: Line up on goal line and traveling burpee to the 10 then lunge walk to the 20 then run to the 50 perform 20 Mountain Climbers and run to far goal line. Repeat coming back. 3 Rounds = 600 yards and 120 Mountain Climbers.
