The Labrador Retriever

PAX: Pipeline, Seabiscut, Dunphy, Zebra, Cake
Six men met up for the first go at The Labrador Retriever Workout somewhat inspired by Cake and also, by my dog.
Warmup: 2 laps around the field with high knees, karaoke mixed in followed by SSH X 25, AC X25, RAC X 25, 15 WMH, 25 Rubio, 10 slow merkin
The Labrador Retrievier:  PAX lined up on goal line with Soccer ball in hand.  First PAX in line punted/kicked soccer ball as far as humanly possible while PAX directly to right of punter/kicker called out exercise and retrieved ball.  All 5 PAX on line complete exercise until retriever returned to goal line.  Variations throughout.
Round 1: 6 exercises at random called out by PAX.  Each PAX directly retrieved soccer ball punter or kicked as far as possible
Round 2: Retreiver bear crawls to 20 yard line and then goes upright to retrieve ball while PAX complete random exercise called out by PAX
Round 3: Retriever bear calls to 20 and crab walks from 20 to 30 and then upright to retrieve.  Again, PAX complete random exercise called out by PAX
Round 4: Retriver shuttle runs to 10 and back, 20 and back before retrieving soccer ball.  Round 4 all exercises called out must be some variation of the merkin
Team retrieve: Q punts ball as far as possible and first PAX there is victor.  Cake was the victor.
5 Minutes of Mary alternating core exercises:  Soccer ball was rolled back  and forth to decide to determined next core exercise
