5:29:45 and 9 PAX, one short of double digit cutoff for stair repeats…so we head to the stadium steps. Flo peels in at 5:29:59 to hit double digits…10 PAX. Phew. Will save that one for next time.

Run the stadium once. Warm up behind the stands: SSH, WMH, IW, AC, RAC, MC, ATMs

Run to goal line.

Main Event:

Round 1: 5 Burpees on the 10, 10 Lunges each leg on the 20, 15 IW on the 30, 20 Merkins on the 40, 25 Plankjacks on the 50, 30 Squats on the far 40, bear crawl to the goal line. 50-90-100 back to starting goal line.

Round 2: 5 Burpees on the 10-20-30-40-50-40, bear crawl to the goal line, 50-90-100 on the way back.

Round 3: Half of PAX run the stadium, other half 10 Lunges each leg on the 10-20-30-40-50-40, bear crawl to the goal line, 50-90-100 on the way back.

Round 4: Half of PAX run the stadium, other half 15 IW on the 10-20-30-40-50-40, bear crawl to the goal line, 50-90-100 on the way back.

Round 5: 10 Merkins on the 10-20-30-40-50-40, bear crawl to the goal line, 50-90-100 on the way back.
