Indian run to the greenway until the end of the soccer fields and back where we circled up on field for a light warmup with the following exercises:

25 SSH
10 WMH
20 Imperial Walkers
10 Morning Glories
20 Rubios

Then to the rail, where we did the following:

20 Dips (in cadence)
5 Burpees
15 Erkins (in cadence)
5 Burpees
10 Step-Ups each leg
5 Burpees
20 Jump-Overs (a Disclaimer Original)
5 Burpees
10 Step-Ups each leg

Mozy to the field where we did the Beast, in which participant were divided into three groups and performed relays of the following exercises at varying stations on the field:

10 Merkins (5 reps)
10 Squats (5 reps)
5 Burpees (5 reps)
10 Monkey-Humpers (5 reps)
10 Lunges (5 each leg) (5 reps)

The news showed up for the Beast, but decided not to run the story after Saul performed his round of Monkey-Humpers.

Circled up for two ab exercises: (i) 30 American Hammers and (ii) 20 LBCs; followed by recovery, the naming ceremony for Pocafee, and prayer.
