13 souls braved the rain to post this morning. Pinky was observed doing pushups before the workout began. Dunphy’s ass hurt from overdose of lunges on Tuesday. Sea Biscuit announced new release from Five Finger Death Punch.

Warmup: Jog from the ground floor to the fifth floor of the parking deck and back down. Pick up Space Jam, Grayson and McCloud along the way. Count-o-rama.

  • Standing toe touch x 60 seconds
  • Butterfly x 30 seconds
  • Seated toe touch x 15 second each leg
  • Wall calf stretch x 15 seconds each leg

The Thang: PAX partnered up and each group took a coupon. Walk up the stairs to the first floor straightaway. Cat Scratch went back downstairs to get another coupon for his trio while the PAX did 1,000 merkins. When Cat Scratch returned we began. Partners took turns running to the end of the first floor straightaway, touching the 1 sign, and running back while the other did an exercise:

After each set, people’s chair or plank while waiting for all groups to finish followed by a 10 count.
