This Morning:
Run a quick lap, head toward VWCC to meet Cake who has stashed his truck full o’ coupons at the top-top lot. Circle up on the road for SSH x30 IC, WMH x10 IC, MC x20 IC, Merkins x10 IC, GM x10 IC, Rubios x20 IC.
Run up the SFH and up to the top-top lot.
Stations: Farmers carry the buckets to the 5th light pole and back (timer), Chest Press with cinder block, Side-to-side with bag o’ asbestos, Squats with 4×4, Curls with cinder block. Rotate and repeat until everyone hits each station. Recovery lap around top-top lot. Repeat with farmer’s carry to 3rd light pole.
Mary Suicide: 1st light pole and back 10 Big Boys, 2nd light pole and back 10 Big Boys 20 LBCs, 3rd light pole and back 10 Big Boys 20 LBCs, 30 double count Flutter Kicks.
Load up the coupons and PAX into the truck and head back to FPE.
