5:28, 4 pax stand and loosen up as they get ready to start their warm up. 5:29, this loud pick up comes pulling in the parking lot without any rush. Out pops Cake! As we wait patiently while he ties his shoe, the Q let’s him know that it’s now 5:31. 5 pax start their warm up run….BUT WAIIITTT!!! Here comes another pick up flying in to the parking lot. Out pops Dunphy! Pax finally start their warm up lap.

warm up: run from field to the front of salem civic center, around the round-a-bout, and back to the field. Circle up for: 25 SSH, 10 Good mornings, 25 forward arm circles, 25 reverse arm circles, 10 jack Webb’s, 25 rubios, 10 wind mills.

Thang: Blimps= 5 burpees, 10 lunges (each leg), 15 imperial walkers, 20 merkins, 25 plank jacks, 30 squats.

Round 1: Starting on the goal line, run to the opposite goal line and perform first blimps, then run back to start. First person back chooses core (LBCs)

Round 2: run to opposite goal line then back to 10 yard line, perform blimps then return to start. Flutter kicks until all pax return

Round 3: run to goal line then back to 20. Blimps then back to start for LBCs

Round 4: run to goal line then back to 30. Blimps then return to start for Flutter kicks

Round 5: run to goal line then back to 40. Blimps then back to start for LBCs.

Round 6: modified- run straight to 50. Blimps then back to start for recover recover.

Totals:

Burpees: 30

Lunges: 60 each leg

Imperial walkers: 90

Merkins: 120

Plank Jacks: 150

Squats: 180

Yardage: 650 yards
