As seems to be the trend these days, we start off with burpees until our last PAX decides to grace us with his presence.
Off we go down the hill and through the school to the basketball court.

30 Imperial Walkers

20 forward arm circles
20 backward arm circles
Off we go again across the street into the lower VWCC parking lots.
Indian and railroad runs to bottom of LFH
Lunges to middle of hill but for every 2 lunges you must do one Merkin. Most decide on 30/15 but this is a LONG FUCKING HILL so it turns into more like 10/5 by the time we get to the halfway point.
LBCs till everyone finished
For the 2nd half of the LFH we replaced the lunches with broad jumps. It was no easier.
Flutter kicks at the top.
WE double time it through the parking lot behind the arboretum and jog across Colonial. Backwards jog up hill to other side of tennis courts.
Time is tight so I opt to forego the long wheel barrow for a short but steep wheelbarrow. The PAX did not like that.
We jog up hill to middle parking lot. Pick up a sand bag and carry it to the top of that lot. We travel to the bottom of the lot, and back with 5 squats in the middle and 10 at the end. MEntal note: these sandbags are way heavier than our normal ones.
We perform a failed fire mans carry to get the bags back to their original locations. Poor directions and too much distance between us. We cancel it and bear crawl down the hill to the speed bump instead.
We jog back and recover recover.
