Parking lot patrol #Sparta

PAX: Hershel, Space Jam, Glee

3 Pax showed up on a Tuesday morning with mild temps and no entrance to the stadium; the parking lot shall do instead (Hershel was a happy camper with no steps)

Warm-up: Jog one full lap around the parking lot with the salem civic center included in the lap. Circle up for: 30 SSH, 10 Good mornings, 25 forward arm circles, 25 reverse arm circles, 10 WMH, 20 Rubios, 15 imperial walkers

Thang:

Round 1:

Using 5 consecutive light poles in a row (about 35 yards apart), pax started at light pole #1 and sprinted to #5 for 5 burpees then returned to #1 and planked until all pax returned. Next, sprint to light #4 for 10 ATMS then back to 1 and plank. #3 light 15 Squats then to #1 for a low squat hold. Sprint to #2 for 20 flutter kicks, then back to 1 for a six inch hold. At light pole number one we did 25 LBCs then sprinted to #5 for a six in hold.

Round 2:

Same as above but double all exercises and did everything in reverse (Exercises stayed the same at each light pole): Started at 5 and ran to 1 for 50 LBCs then back to 5. #2=40 flutter kicks then back to 5, #3=30 squats then back to 5, #4=20 ATMS then back to 5, #5=5 burpees (time constraints) then recover recover
