Pre-game Hype: “Bring a 30 lbs coupon or ruck and something to wipe the sweat away!”

Warmup: With coupons in tow, we moseyed over to the deck and gently threw down our packs.  YHC had a full bladder that needed emptying before we continued with:

  • SSH x 25 IC
  • Windmill x 10IC
  • AC x 20 IC

Thang:  The Devil’s Mile

  1. 200 yard Bear Crawl
  2. 200 yard Broad Jump
  3. 200 yard walk/run with ruck over head
  4. 200 yard lunge

With time flying by because we were all having such a good time (it was 0600, already), and we still needed to get in a Mary – we modified the remainder of the workout accordingly:

  • Penguin crunch x 50 IC
  • F3 swim x 15 IC (At Herschel’s request)
  • Superman x 15 IC
  • Over the wall x 10
  • Pop-up merkin x 5 OYO
  • Slow air squat x 15 IC
  • Flutter kick x 15 IC
  • Dolphin kick x 15 IC

A good time was had by all – too bad there wasn’t more of it.  Let the healing begin.
