Warmup: With coupons in tow, we moseyed over to the deck and gently threw down our packs. YHC had a full bladder that needed emptying before we continued with:

Thang: The Devil’s Mile
- 200 yard Bear Crawl
- 200 yard Broad Jump
- 200 yard walk/run with ruck over head
- 200 yard lunge
With time flying by because we were all having such a good time (it was 0600, already), and we still needed to get in a Mary – we modified the remainder of the workout accordingly:
- Penguin crunch x 50 IC
- F3 swim x 15 IC (At Herschel’s request)
- Superman x 15 IC
- Over the wall x 10
- Pop-up merkin x 5 OYO
- Slow air squat x 15 IC
- Flutter kick x 15 IC
- Dolphin kick x 15 IC
A good time was had by all – too bad there wasn’t more of it. Let the healing begin.
