Part I: Ruck from 0600-0700 with a 25 lbs spear

Part II: “Roxanne” by the Police

  1. Merkins – one each time “Roxanne” is sung (hold plank position for the rest of the song)
  2. Squats – low squat hold for the whole song, stand-up on each Roxanne
  3. Elbow plank for whole song – go to hand plank and back down on each Roxanne
  4. Squats again – same as #2
  5. Hold the 25 lbs spear above head with a shoulder press on each Roxanne
  6. Plank – low plank hold alternating with regular plank on each Roxanne
  7. Six in hold – dolphin kick on each Roxanne
