4 Pax came out to Sparta despite the rain for some fun with stadium steps, dice, coupons, and sweat.

Warmup: 1 round of Stadium Steps, IC exercises of SSH, WMH, Imperial Walkers, SMerkins.

Thang: Each Pax will roll the dice; first number is mode of travel & second number is exercise.  We also switched off during the travel what coupon we used. Those include 25lb weight, 30lb weight, half of a conderblock, and an unknown lb weight.

Dice play
1st dice for travel
1- run entry up and back (3)
2- run top and back (1)
3- run to gate and back (2)
4- full yard sprint down & back
5- full yard sprint down & back (2)
6-half yard sprint down & back

2nd dice for exercise
1- 30 HR Merkins
2- 10 Burpees
3- 10 Wall Jumps
4- 20 shoulder tap Merkins
5- 20 deep squats
6- 25 Carolina dry docks
