Warm-Up: Slow walk down to corner of football field to get our motors moving.  Weather was great this morning so no need to get too worked up before we get after it.

Thang: We did 4 rounds of corners.  At each corner we do a triple play of exercises.  Sprint to the next corner!

Corner 1: 1 Burpee, 5 Merkins, 10 LBCs

Corner 2: 2 Burpees, 10 Merkins, 20 LBCs

Corner 3: 3 Burpees, 15 Merkins, 30 LBCs
